Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and driven Assistant Site Manager ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a key individual to join our team on a permanent basis to help deliver a high-quality residential scheme in Central Bedfordshire. Job Responsibility:

Assisting the Site Manager in the overall supervision and management of the site
Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance
Monitoring and driving the build programme to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinating and managing subcontractors, ensuring they work efficiently and to specification
Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks
Managing material deliveries and site logistics
Maintaining accurate site records and reports
Fostering a positive, professional, and safety-conscious culture on site

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or a highly skilled Site Supervisor in residential construction
A strong understanding of residential construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety legislation
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
A proactive and problem-solving approach to work
A passion for delivering a high-quality product for our customers
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
