Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within luxury fashion retail
Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to performance
Proven experience meeting KPIs
Confidence in giving constructive feedback and receiving feedback with professionalism
A consistent approach to setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability
An inspirational leadership style with a focus on team development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences

Job Responsibility

Assist with all administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of paperwork related to store operations, reporting, and compliance
Support the Shop Manager in leading the team and upholding the standards and values of Margaret Howell
Strengthen store performance through consistent operational execution and strong, loyalty-building customer relationships
Lead a confident, customer-focused shop floor environment by role-modelling exceptional service, product expertise, and a calm, informed approach
Support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Contribute to shop performance analysis by compiling and reviewing data, providing clear insights and recommendations for monthly business reviews
Assist in managing stock levels and maintaining inventory accuracy
Support day-to-day shop operations, including ensuring the rota is consistently maintained and up to date, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with Company policies and Health & Safety regulations
