Assistant Shop Manager

• Support the Store Manager in ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling absolutely amazing
• Be a role model to your team, ensuring that our ‘feel good’ ethos is driven through every customer interaction
• Lead the team to deliver a fantastic service to every customer
• Ensure that Supervisors are running their areas effectively
• Strive to ensure that no customer ever leaves without having anything short of a true Bravissimo experience
• Take full responsibility for the store when required

Management experience is essential
