Job Description

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you’ll help create a welcoming environment where customers feel supported, donors feel appreciated, and volunteers feel valued. Working alongside your Shop Manager, you’ll play an active part in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, efficiently and with our hospice values at its heart.

Requirements

  • Support the Shop Manager in the day to day running of a busy, vibrant shop
  • Provide excellent customer service, building warm and genuine connections with customers, donors and volunteers
  • Help manage stock flow, pricing, merchandising and Gift Aid processes
  • Review sales information, spotting opportunities to increase income and help grow footfall through great displays and local engagement
