Job Responsibility
Maximize profitability by achieving store targets and applying all company’s policies & procedures
Effectively meet customers’ demands and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
Develop excellent relationships with shop customers and local community
Provide customers and sales representatives from basic to advanced information & tips on making the best of our products and services
Motivate and inspire store employees in achieving qualitative and quantitate targets and train and support new employees
Initiate changes to improve store operation
Requirements
3 + years of working experience in a sales position
Knowledge of monitoring and reporting of sales results
Very good verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
Management and training skills, combined with flexibility, problem handling and solving ability
Team player with innovative culture
Good understanding and usage of New Technologies & Trends
