We’re excited to be opening a brand-new shop, and we’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and supportive Assistant Manager to help bring it to life. Requirements:
Previous retail management experience is essential
Well organised, experienced manager
Self-starting individual with excellent communication skills
Customer focused approach
Full of passion and initiative
Embrace change and continually strive for excellence
Proactive and plan ahead
Apply a positive mind-set to every situation
Willingly tackle difficult situations and readily confront issues
Turn difficult situations into positive, effective results
