Job Responsibility:
To support the shop manager in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring income targets are met in line with our organisational objectives
The Assistant shop manager will motivate and support the management of a diverse team including volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation
Requirements:
Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date
Collaborative approach to achieving departmental and wider organisational objectives

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours as required
