Assistant Manager, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent Contract in our Oxford Circus, London shop. Part of Wacoal Europe Group, Bravissimo is an award-winning, multi-channel lingerie retailer on a mission to uplift women. We have 25 shops in the UK alongside a thriving ecommerce community, which offers a wide range of beautiful lingerie, swimwear and nightwear for women who wear a D to L cup.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling absolutely amazing
  • Be a role model to the team
  • Ensure 'feel good' ethos is driven through every customer interaction
  • Lead the team to deliver fantastic service to every customer
  • Ensure Supervisors are running their areas effectively
  • Strive to ensure no customer ever leaves without having a true Bravissimo experience
  • Keep customer experience at the highest level
  • Make suggestions that will enhance the customer experience further
  • Take full responsibility for the store when required
