Job Description:

Vertu BMW Bridgwater is recruiting an ambitious Assistant Service Manager to join our high-performing aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway into a Service Manager role within one of the UK’s leading motor retailers. We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 with OTE of £40,000, alongside ongoing development and progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and organising all incoming workshop activity
  • Managing technician workloads to maximise efficiency and meet deadlines
  • Leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential
  • Supporting performance management and driving continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing or leading a team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A track record of delivering results and improving performance
  • A full UK driving licence
