Here at Vertu Renault Derby we have a great opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join the team with a competitive basic salary and with an OTE of up to £45,000. Job Responsibility

  • Support the Service Manager in day to day management of the Service Department
  • Ensure incoming work is planned
  • Manage time and resource of team
  • Assign technicians to tasks ensuring productivity and deadlines
  • Performance management
  • Lead, coach and develop team

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience
  • Workshop Controller role or Senior Service Role or Service Manager position
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Full valid UK driving license

  • provide leadership and management to the team, monitoring performance, carrying out one to one’s and appraisals and holding team meetings
  • build positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action to deliver a first-class service
  • focus on achieving the highest levels of independence for the people we support, and on organising and modelling that support in an innovative, person-centred and flexible way
