Job Responsibility:
Lead the front of house day-to-day, supporting the Service Manager and leading a team of five Service Advisors
Own the customer journey—embed the Vertu process to deliver consistent, outstanding service
Be a hands-on leader—set standards, coach for performance, and create a culture where people do their best work
Provide occasional support to the workshop, ensuring smooth end-to-end service delivery
Requirements:
Proven team-lead experience—this could be from a Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, or Service Manager role
A track record of delivering results through people, process, and customer focus
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across the front of house and workshop
Experience using Kerridge (CDK) is essential for this role
A full, valid UK driving licence
