Due to an internal promotion, Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury, have a great opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join the team with a £40,000 basic salary and OTE of £50,000. You’ll support the Aftersales Manager in the daily running of the department, specifically front-of-house operations. You’ll oversee work planning, resource management, and team performance — including coaching, developing, and motivating colleagues to achieve their best. You’ll also take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring they're resolved efficiently and recorded accurately in both Mercedes-Benz and Vertu systems. The role also involves driving additional sales via VHC processes and managing the Mercedes-Benz Breakdown Service. Our ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience, either within a similar role, or you may have already worked within the Service Manager position.
