Assistant Server

As an Assistant Server, you play a vital supporting role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by assisting Food Servers and ensuring smooth daily operations at Café Boulud. You will help maintain service efficiency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction by proactively supporting the service team and anticipating guest needs. You will assist with setting up dining areas, delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will contribute directly to creating memorable guest experiences in line with Four Seasons standards. By working closely with Servers and the culinary team at Café Boulud, you will help ensure that every guest enjoys refined service and exceptional cuisine.
