Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

• Collaborate closely with advertising/media agencies, consultants, and suppliers on the creation of advertising materials, promotional content, and media schedules
• plan, create, and implement marketing collateral, project videos, scale models, and both online and offline social media content
• develop, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s projects
• oversee the creation of scale models, perspectives, and brochures, ensuring they accurately represent the company’s projects and branding
• lead the conceptual planning of sales galleries and show units to improve the customer experience
• ensure the timely procurement and renewal of Developer Licenses (DL) and Advertising Permits (AP) as needed
• work with relevant stakeholders to prepare for sales launches, promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows
• formulate and review pricing strategies and sales package offerings to optimise sales

• Degree or diploma in marketing, business administration or equivalent
• at least 5 years of proven working experience in similar capacity in the property development field
• strong understanding of marketing principles, property knowledge, and branding best practices
