Assistant sales manager

• Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and achieving sales targets across assigned projects
• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and contribute to sales strategies that drive growth
• Guide and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance and effective customer engagement
• Foster strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders to encourage repeat business and enhance brand reputation
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives
• Oversee the upkeep and presentation of the Sales Gallery, Show Units, and related assets to ensure a high-quality customer experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property sales or a similar industry
• In-depth understanding of property sales processes, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in guiding, coaching, and motivating sales teams to meet performance targets
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as needed
