Job Responsibility:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Plan and manage the sales team’s duty roster and oversee incentive schemes to drive performance
Identify, engage, and monitor external property agencies when necessary to support sales efforts
Liaise closely with solicitors on the preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Agreements and related legal documentation
Coordinate with financial institutions to secure end-financing options and loan facilities for buyers
Develop and execute effective sales promotions and packages to support the achievement of overall group sales targets
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years in property sales with solid track record
