Job Description:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls or problems; use sales techniques that maximize revenue; determine and provide complimentary items to guests; promote brand image; process reservation and loyalty requests; carry out office tasks; assist management in employee training and motivation; follow company policies and maintain professionalism; welcome guests and address their service needs; monitor performance and maintain quality standards

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
assist management in training and motivating employees
welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience
