Job Responsibility:
You are responsible for all types of sales activities in the international market
You are committed to providing comprehensive support to existing customers, as well as expanding and maintaining relationships with long-standing clients
You value working independently, but you are equally a team player
You identify potential new customers
You enjoy traveling: Organizing and participating in sales trips, trade shows, workshops, and familiarization trips are essential
You organize and assist with the planning and execution of the hotel's client events
You conscientiously conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis of all sales activities and markets
You contribute to success with your creative ideas
Training new employees or trainees
Requirements:
Completed hotel management training and/or a degree in hotel or tourism management
Substantial experience in proactive sales
Experience in the international chain hotel industry
Passion and a positive demeanor when interacting with people
A desire to discover new things, utilize new media, and explore innovative approaches
Engaging communication and presentation skills in German, Arabic, and English
any additional languages are a plus
A desire for teamwork and to share your enthusiasm and knowledge
You have strong organizational skills and work creatively and independently
You bring a sense of fun and passion for sales and the travel that comes with it
Your excellent communication skills and negotiating abilities win everyone over
You can easily meet the demands of various guest segments, especially in the luxury sector
