Job Description

This is a strategic role focused on driving revenue and market expansion. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will handle high-level negotiations, sales forecasting, and market analysis. You will play a key part in the success of the company's new manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop plans to reach regional sales and revenue targets
  • Analyze the market to find new opportunities in Rubber, Polymers, and Oil & Gas
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value business contracts
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients
  • Use CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and customer data

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in specialty chemical or B2B industrial sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA is a plus)
  • Strong technical knowledge of chemicals like process oils, waxes, or polymers
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and expand into new markets
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
