This is a strategic role focused on driving revenue and market expansion. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will handle high-level negotiations, sales forecasting, and market analysis. You will play a key part in the success of the company's new manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibility:
Develop plans to reach regional sales and revenue targets
Analyze the market to find new opportunities in Rubber, Polymers, and Oil & Gas
Lead negotiations and close high-value business contracts
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients
Use CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and customer data
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in specialty chemical or B2B industrial sales
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA is a plus)
Strong technical knowledge of chemicals like process oils, waxes, or polymers
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and expand into new markets
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
