Responsible for successfully executing all operations in two departments (Front Office and Housekeeping) and managing staff. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed.   • Support the Director of Rooms in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell Services, Guest Relations
  • Ensure all departments consistently deliver exceptional service in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott International brand standards
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop departmental leaders and Ladies and Gentlemen, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction metrics, and quality indicators, implementing action plans to achieve and exceed established goals
  • Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure seamless resort operations
