Job Description:

The Winchester Contributory Retirement System is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Assistant Retirement Administrator to join our team. This full-time, 35-hour-per-week position supports the Retirement Administrator and plays a key role in serving town employees and retirees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting members and retirees
  • Maintaining records
  • Managing reception and office tasks
  • Processing buybacks and service verifications
  • Supporting compliance activities
  • Providing assistance during Board meetings

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Familiarity with M.G.L. Chapter 32 and PERAC regulations (or willingness to learn)
