The Winchester Contributory Retirement System is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Assistant Retirement Administrator to join our team. This full-time, 35-hour-per-week position supports the Retirement Administrator and plays a key role in serving town employees and retirees.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting members and retirees
Maintaining records
Managing reception and office tasks
Processing buybacks and service verifications
Supporting compliance activities
Providing assistance during Board meetings
Requirements:
Three to five years of administrative experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Familiarity with M.G.L. Chapter 32 and PERAC regulations (or willingness to learn)
