Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the daily management of staff in accordance with guidelines set down by the Food & Beverage Manager and Voyages policy
  • Ensure that strategies and practices are in place to facilitate the efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets
  • Encourage safe work practices and security controls for people and assets with an emphasis on safe food practices and responsible service of alcohol
  • Promote a safe working environment for the Food & Beverage Team
  • Assist the Restaurants Manager in the daily operations of the Restaurant and in their absence lead and motivate your team

Requirements:

  • Dedicated hospitality professional
  • Experienced in food & beverage operations within 5-star environments
  • Strong commitment to delivering high levels of guest experience
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control skills
  • A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process
