Job Description:

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at Pavyllon London, the modern French restaurant by Chef Yannick Alléno. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a Michelin starred restaurant within one of London's most respected luxury hotels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the overall operation of the restaurant across all services
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure service is delivered with consistency, warmth, and attention to detail
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the team
  • Support scheduling, payroll controls, and labour management
  • Work closely with the kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service
  • Handle guest feedback with confidence and care, ensuring resolution and loyalty
  • Uphold all Four Seasons policies, service standards, and health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or strong Restaurant Supervisor ready to progress
  • Background in luxury hospitality, ideally fine dining or Michelin starred environments
  • Strong leadership presence with a calm and professional approach
  • Passion for food, wine, and modern service culture
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A guest focused mindset with high attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Right to Work in the UK
