Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Support daily service in the restaurant with your team, creating an atmosphere guests want to return to
• Lead by example on the floor and help the team stay calm and focused – even when things get hectic
• Assist with scheduling, training, and supporting your team’s development
• Ensure smooth administrative processes and accurate reporting
• You’ll make sure that our guests aren’t just well-fed, but also happy and contented
• You’ll make sure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothly
• You’ll support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever, all the guests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time
• On top of this, you’ll also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan

• You have experience in a role like this and from a restaurant or similar
• You speak fluent English – Danish is a plus
• You love working with people and know how to motivate and inspire a team
• You’re passionate about great hospitality, food and drinks – and curious about new concepts
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep your cool when plans change
• You’re a doer. If you make a mistake, you learn from it
• You bring your skills – and your personality.
