The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service, smooth workflow, and guest satisfaction. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating service, maintaining standards, and assisting in administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service, smooth workflow, and guest satisfaction
Supervise staff, coordinate service, maintain standards, and assist in administrative tasks
Ensure guests receive service living the Four Seasons values
Support employees and colleagues to achieve common objectives, encouraging change and promoting learning
Make storeroom requisitions, taking care of the financial side but ensuring the operational and service side
Help make purchase orders in the absence of the manager
Maximize and supervise resources for the performance of employee functions in the department, always avoiding misuse and waste, and always teaching how to preserve equipment in operation
Supervise compliance with product rotation. First in first out
Assist in inventories of equipment and operational products
Follow up on employees training and follow the procedures to perform tasks with operational systems
Requirements:
Previous experience in multiple food & beverage assistant department head experience
Strong knowledge of the service and operation of Restaurant & Bar
A college degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems

Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently
High level in reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language

Candidates must hold a valid work permit that allows them to work legally in Spain
