Job Responsibility:
Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the day-to-day front of house operation, ensuring every service is delivered to the highest standard of quality and professionalism
Lead and motivate the FOH team throughout service, creating a culture of warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality that reflects both the Rao's brand and the White Rabbit Hospitality ethos
Deliver an exceptional and personalised guest experience that matches the excitement and ambition of one of the UK's most anticipated summer hospitality events
Support the training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of FOH team members, helping to build a service team that sets the standard
Manage the floor with confidence during busy service periods, handling guest requests, resolving any issues with professionalism, and keeping the team focused and motivated throughout
Build and maintain an expert knowledge of the menu and beverage offering, acting as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide for guests throughout their experience
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, seamless, and timely service across every cover
Maintain impeccable standards of table setup, floor presentation, and service mise en place ahead of every service
Support the management team with reservations, floor planning, and the overall organisation of daily service
Bring energy, ambition, and genuine passion to every single shift, at a pop-up of this magnitude, the atmosphere on the floor is everything
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Waiter ready to step up, within a quality restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a front of house team under pressure
Excellent communication skills, warm, confident, and able to connect with guests and colleagues at all levels
The ability to work efficiently and calmly during high-volume, fast-paced service periods without compromising on standards
A meticulous eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality in everything you do
Knowledge of EPOS systems and reservation platforms (desirable)
Experience working within a high-profile, branded, or destination dining environment (desirable)

OTE hourly rate of £16.90 per hour
