Job Description:

To support the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant by upholding exceptional service standards, inspiring and engaging the team, managing employee relations, and ensuring effective communication across all levels. This includes promoting career development opportunities, maintaining compliance with wage and hour regulations, conducting training sessions, and addressing broader operational needs as they arise.

  • Facilitate smooth communication within the front-of-house team
  • Take an active role in onboarding and training new hires

  • Support seamless daily operations while upholding the highest standards of service quality and presentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin restaurant
  • 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrates extensive F&B service and operations expertise with a strong emphasis on VIP customer service
  • Excels in problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • Fosters a team-oriented management style with an emphasis on open communication
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships across departments and with guests
  • Possesses administration knowledge in F&B operations and quality management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
