Requirements:
Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
Restaurant opening experience is advantageous
Proven track record in leading a high performing team
Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
Exceptional service skills and guest focus
Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Must possess a valid RSA certificate
Qualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline
