As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading daily operations, supporting the restaurant team, and ensuring exceptional service standards. Job Responsibility:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring service excellence
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the team in line with Four Seasons standards
Maintain strong guest engagement, building relationships with regular and new guests
Monitor and control labor and operating costs, including scheduling and inventory
Collaborate with the culinary team on menu execution and product quality
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
Analyze performance using reporting tools and contribute to revenue optimization
Conduct training sessions, pre-shift briefings, and performance evaluations
Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any concerns efficiently
Lead by example, promoting a positive team culture aligned with the Golden Rule
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financial awareness, and guest service excellence
Fluency in English
Flexibility to work shifts based on operational needs
Strong knowledge of food & beverage products and service standards
