The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant General Manager in the day to day operation of the Restaurant, overseeing all outlet operations while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of Restaurant operations, including scheduling, training, coaching, and motivating the team
Ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and excellence in food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards
Be a visible leader in the operation, providing recognition to employees, promoting positive public relations, and addressing guest complaints, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and care
Work closely with the Culinary team to ensure seamless coordination and outstanding dining experiences
Oversee sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of the Restaurant, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons standards and all federal regulations
Communicate effectively with employees and managers to ensure operational needs and service expectations are met
Coordinate and support ongoing training initiatives to maintain high levels of service, productivity, and engagement
Lead by example as an Assistant Department Leader, motivating and developing the team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Actively identify team needs and support career development through effective coaching, training, and living the company’s core values
Consistently demonstrate the Golden Rule when interacting with internal and external guests, creating memorable and personalized experiences
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in Restaurant operations
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and operational best practices
Excellent English
Spanish proficiency preferred
Proven ability to oversee all aspects of Restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and willingness to live and work in a remote location
