Job Description:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant General Manager in the day to day operation of the Restaurant, overseeing all outlet operations while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of Restaurant operations, including scheduling, training, coaching, and motivating the team
  • Ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and excellence in food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards
  • Be a visible leader in the operation, providing recognition to employees, promoting positive public relations, and addressing guest complaints, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and care
  • Work closely with the Culinary team to ensure seamless coordination and outstanding dining experiences
  • Oversee sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of the Restaurant, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons standards and all federal regulations
  • Communicate effectively with employees and managers to ensure operational needs and service expectations are met
  • Coordinate and support ongoing training initiatives to maintain high levels of service, productivity, and engagement
  • Lead by example as an Assistant Department Leader, motivating and developing the team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning
  • Actively identify team needs and support career development through effective coaching, training, and living the company’s core values
  • Consistently demonstrate the Golden Rule when interacting with internal and external guests, creating memorable and personalized experiences

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in Restaurant operations
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and operational best practices
  • Excellent English
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Proven ability to oversee all aspects of Restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to live and work in a remote location
  • A hands-on, service-driven approach with a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional guest experiences
