Job Description:

Join a rapidly national hospitality group. Following the success of the Flinders Lane original, this new outpost of our opulent Venetian-style steakhouse makes its home in one of the city’s most significant architectural icons. Reimagining the Grill Americano concept especially for Sydney, the restaurant is a vision of grandeur and glamour, showcasing a lauded wine program, and ever-evolving menus centred around the kitchen’s prized wood oven and Josper grill. Proudly founder-owned and led, our independent hospitality collective is home to the country’s most loved and acclaimed restaurant, bar and event brands.

Job Responsibility:

Be instrumental in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and team

Requirements:

Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
Restaurant opening experience is advantageous
Proven track record in leading a high performing team
Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
Exceptional service skills and guest focus
Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Must possess a valid RSA certificate
Qualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline
