An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking a dedicated hospitality professional, experienced in food & beverage operations within 5-star environments to join our Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high levels of guest experience and experience with budgeting and cost control skills. This role will see you assist the Restaurants Manager in the daily operations of the Restaurant and in their absence lead and motivate your team. Job Responsibility:

Assist in the daily management and supervision of restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
Lead, coach, and support the food and beverage team to maintain high performance, professionalism, and adherence to company standards
Uphold and promote a strong culture of workplace safety, food safety, and responsible service of alcohol
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Chefs to manage stock control, rostering, and cost-effective service delivery
Act as the key point of contact and operational lead in the absence of the Restaurants Manager, ensuring business continuity across venues

Requirements:

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Experience in food & beverage operations within 5-star environments
Strong commitment to delivering high levels of guest experience
Experience with budgeting and cost control skills
A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process
