This is an exciting opportunity for an operationally driven leader looking for a new adventure.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with the daily operation of The Lex
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution
  • Respond to general enquiries, questions, and requests from Talent
  • Lead by example to ensure the W Brisbane culture and brand is embraced and cascaded to all Talent
  • Personally assist all guests by delivering on the Whatever/Whenever service promise
  • Lead the team to be their best every day and maintain a positive work culture
  • Adhere to financial controls and administrative responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in managing successful restaurant operation
  • Strong systems knowledge
  • Understanding of financial controls and administrative responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
  • Passionate, driven, and experienced Food & Beverage professional
