Job Responsibility

  • Take charge of shifts, leading a dynamic team and making sure the Restaurant operates safely and efficiently
  • Focus on training and development, ensuring Team Members have the skills and confidence to succeed
  • Recruit the right people, assign responsibilities, and maintain high performance standards
  • Step in with coaching and support to help the team improve
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Sales, Profitability, Team Member Experience and Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage financial aspects such as Budgets, Inventory, and Labour Costs
  • Ensure compliance with Regulations, address Customer Feedback, and implement Marketing Initiatives to drive Business Success

Requirements

  • Proven experience and performance in a supervisory position
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on Team Member and Customer Experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving business success
  • Ability to train and develop a dynamic team
  • Strong problem-solving skills to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly to keep the Restaurant running smoothly
  • Confidence in decision-making to take charge during shifts and making the right calls to optimise performance
  • A sound understanding of budgets, inventory, and labour costs to drive efficiency and profitability, with a willingness to learn the detail of KFC Operations
  • Commitment to workplace safety by ensuring Workplace Health and Safety standards are always upheld
