Job Responsibility:

lead by example in delivering exceptional service
support the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Venues in overseeing daily operations, including floor service, reservations, and guest engagement
resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
assist with scheduling, onboarding, and performance management
ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
collaborate with the culinary and bar teams
assist with inventory, ordering, and reporting

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field
2 years’ experience in food and beverage service or related professional area
4-year bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
1 year experience in food and beverage service or related professional area
experience in premium or lifestyle dining environments
strong leadership and communication skills
a passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences
