As the hotel's Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. This includes recruiting. managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for overseeing 2 Restaurant Outlets - with an average of 250 covers per evening, Rooms Service & Meeting & Events. You'll always work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

Requirements
Prior experience in food and beverage management or a related field
