Job Responsibility:
Supporting the management team with day-to-day bar and restaurant operations
Leading front-of-house teams during service across restaurant and bar outlets
Ensuring smooth, efficient service and exceptional guest satisfaction
Training, coaching, and developing team members
Supporting rota planning, labour control, and operational organisation
Managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cost management
Maintaining compliance with licensing, health & safety, and service standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or strong Team Leader in a quality-led venue
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for food, beverage, and guest experience
Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
Commercial awareness and operational understanding
A hands-on, positive leadership style
