In this key role, you will support the Restaurant & Bar Manager in the smooth and efficient running of our Food & Beverage departments. Job Responsibility
Overseeing and supporting the Restaurant and Bar Manager with daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
Ensuring exceptional service standards and a warm, welcoming guest experience
Leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
Carrying out Duty Manager shifts
Maintaining strong compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Driving a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with The iNUA Collection values
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment
A natural leader with excellent people skills
Strong operational knowledge and a passion for great service
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
An eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement
