In this key role, you will support the Restaurant & Bar Manager in the smooth and efficient running of our Food & Beverage departments. You will lead from the front—coaching, motivating, and supporting your teams to deliver the operational standards that reflect the high-quality guest experience Radisson Blu Cork is known for.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing and supporting the Restaurant and Bar Manager with daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
  • Ensuring exceptional service standards and a warm, welcoming guest experience
  • Leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
  • Carrying out Duty Manager shifts
  • Maintaining strong compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Driving a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with The iNUA Collection values

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment
  • A natural leader with excellent people skills
  • Strong operational knowledge and a passion for great service
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • An eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement
