We are looking for an Assistant Reservations Manager to join our leadership team to support with overseeing the department, ensuring smooth operations, high performance, and exceptional service.
Job Responsibility:
Assist Assistant Reservations Manager & Reservations Manager with corporate and local initiatives leading to the commercial success of the resort
Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation with focus on call conversion
Coach the team through standard testing and coaching calls to improve standards
Assist in Day to Day running of the Reservations Team
Assist with general inquiries and managing the effective response time of both Reservations & Air e-mail
Assist with Group Reservations management, including rooming list processing
Handle daily AeroTamarindo inquiries, sales, operation and financial results consolidation on a monthly basis
Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy
Process WRO, Trust, Internal Reservations, and FIT reservations
Call to confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations, clear waitlisted reservations
Run appropriate reports checking for special requests and hard blocking any rooms
Inform through Operations and Guest Experience of any Special Attention, VIP guests and assist in obtaining pre-arrival information
Monitor Front Desk reservations made night prior, address any reoccurring issues
Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival
Process Employee Comp requests, handle Friends & Family requests with guidance from Executive Offices
Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation
