We are now looking for an Assistant Reservations Manager to join our friendly Reservations team. The Assistant Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing all reservations as well as having an eye over all other guest requests and itineraries. Oversee the reporting of any booking patterns, ensure that all day-to-day enquiries for restaurants, room reservations and guest requests are managed in a timely manner.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all reservations

Manage day-to-day enquiries for restaurants, room reservations and guest requests
Deliver efficient, courteous and thoughtful reservations journey
Take ownership of the guest journey from first point of contact through arrival, stay and departure
Handle all guest enquiries, feedback or concerns
Manage reservations for Bedrooms, The Bothy, Marle, Hearth, Private Events and all guest experiences
Adhere to credit and payment procedures
Assist in performance reviews and coaching initiatives
Support bespoke and special requests
Maintain the Hotel Activities Diary in real time
Ensure daily operations of the Reservations Department run smoothly
Assist in supervising Reservations Agents
Participate in daily handovers, weekly reservations meetings and departmental briefings
Requirements:
Strong people management experience is essential
