Job Description:

Our client is a growing regional corporate bank seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the corporate banking team and manage end-to-end processes in structuring banking solutions, credit applications, and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with a team of senior RMs to grow and maintain the corporate portfolio in the bank
Assist to structure plain vanilla and structured solutions by crafting credit facilities and other banking products
Oversee the end to end credit application and credit approval process
Cross-sell other product capabilities in the bank, such as bonds, derivatives, and loan syndications
Manage the KYC and AML process and ensure it meets the bank’s and regulator’s requirements
Work closely with internal stakeholders (eg: credit approvers, credit admin team, etc) to ensure a smooth deal process

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or comparable
1+ years of related corporate banking and/or commercial banking experience
Proficient in credit analysis and financial analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
