Assistant Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

Assist RM to develop business, secure clients and deals, manage necessary internal operational, compliance, regulatory matters. Following through on credit-related matters according to credit procedures and bank policies. Conduct in-depth credit analysis for corporate clients. Attend client meetings and external promotional events where applicable. Prepare credit proposals for new clients, credit reviews and credit monitoring/ covenant monitoring. Analyse client’s financial information and industry outlook. Conduct credit presentations to the credit committee. Liaising with clients, other departments and relevant stakeholders. Handling queries, waiver requests and transactions, account onboarding/AML/KYC/CDD and due diligence matters.
