Job Responsibility

  • Overall Technical responsibility for all site facilities engineering operations in SEA and with additional regional technical responsibilities for engineering activities in Japan and ANZ
  • Assist the Regional Engineering Lead in the delivery of engineering services across APAC
  • Delegate for the Regional Engineering Lead during the Regional Engineering Lead’s absence as required
  • Engineer Subject Matter Expert providing oversight and guidance to engineering managers and staff
  • Develop ongoing training programs, identifying and developing additional training processes where necessary to consistently improve overall team skill levels
  • Co-responsible for compliance of all regulatory laws and guidelines as they relate to the operation of any of the building’s equipment and/or systems along with mandatory health and safety training
  • To manage comprehensive engineering and facilities management services
  • To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the clients, Regional Engineering Lead and Regional Account Director
  • Delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management Agreement SLA

Requirements

  • University degree or professional qualification in engineering
  • Over 5 years practical experience in facilities maintenance operations
  • Experience of engineering systems troubleshooting
  • Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent spoken & written English
  • Fluent spoken & written local language
  • IT literate
