We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this role, you will support the Recruitment Manager in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant team members
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a leadership role
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and team management
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their application in recruitment
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Solid understanding of recruitment marketing techniques
Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
Familiarity with HR best practices and current recruitment trends
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluency in English
knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
