This role is responsible for driving and supporting growth agenda of Personal Care Indonesia Business Unit by managing On Time In Full delivery of Packaging Development programs including innovation, value creation & improvement program, packaging sustainability, compliance, Supply Chain Support and resiliency. The position covers Skin Cleansing and Deodorant categories.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure successful OTIF implementation of Personal Care Indonesia category packaging-related program includes innovation, renovation, sustainability, value creation, compliance, promotional, Supply Chain Support & resiliency
Ensure technical quality delivery of Personal Care Packaging & Products are met as per Unilever standards
Ensure packaging components fit for purpose, met consumer and customer requirement also full compliance with legal and environment aspects
Plan and execute on ground the packaging technical validation, maintain technical information & manage cross functional alignment
Define specification of finished good & material components
Responsible for the approval of AW in local language from technical and regulation compliance point of view
Generate idea, deliver implementation of category program on Packaging Sustainability & value creation
Ensure alternative materials from alternative suppliers and/or for alternative sourcing site fits for purpose
Ensure packaging development process of multi projects meet the projects timeline
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related science discipline
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG company as R&D Packaging Development is an advantage
Proficiency in English both spoken and written
Purpose-driven, agility, strong growth mindset and bias of action
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
