Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in their Manchester office. The role offers hands-on experience across various sectors and extensive APC support, providing structured mentoring and project exposure to help the candidate qualify and grow into a chartered Quantity Surveyor.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of sectors
  • Work closely with a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors
  • Gradually take on more responsibility
  • Progress through APC
  • Develop pre and post-contract skills
  • Grow into a fully chartered Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Basic Pre & Post contract experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy (ideally 1-3 years)
  • Valid UK Driving License
