Job Responsibility:

Quantity Surveying
Project Management
Employer's Agent
Bank Monitoring
Work on £1m-£100m projects across commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, residential, and retail sectors

Requirements:

A Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree
1-2 years of UK Quantity Surveying experience
Experience working in a UK Consultancy
Basic pre & post contract experience
A valid UK driving licence
Local to Brighton or willing to relocate

Nice to have:

1-2 years of UK Quantity Surveying experience
Experience working in a UK Consultancy
