Assistant Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential. A well-established London-based construction consultancy, specialising in high-end residential developments, is currently looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a client-side role offering the opportunity to support the commercial delivery of some of the capital’s most prestigious residential projects. With over 20 years in the sector, this consultancy works with leading developers and private clients across Central London. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work closely with experienced Senior Surveyors and Project Managers, assisting in all aspects of cost management throughout the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably within a consultancy or client-side environment, who is looking to take the next step in their career and work on luxury residential schemes.
