Job Description:

A top-tier, award-winning Construction & Property Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their fast-growing Edinburgh office. Working across high-profile projects in Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, and Hospitality, this is an incredible opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside experienced professionals on exciting projects ranging from £1m to £25m
  • Gain hands-on experience across all stages – from cost planning to delivery
  • Expand into Project Management and Employer’s Agent duties

Requirements:

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy (1-2 years ideally)
  • A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying ideally or other Construction related degree
  • Eager to work towards APC and obtain chartership
  • Basic pre and post contract experience
  • Able to commute to Edinburgh
