Job Description:

A top-tier, award-winning Construction & Property Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their fast-growing Edinburgh office. Working across high-profile projects in Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, and Hospitality, this is an incredible opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibility:

Work alongside experienced professionals on exciting projects ranging from £1m to £25m
Gain hands-on experience across all stages – from cost planning to delivery
Expand into Project Management and Employer’s Agent duties

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy (1-2 years ideally)
A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying ideally or other Construction related degree
Eager to work towards APC and obtain chartership
Basic pre and post contract experience
Able to commute to Edinburgh
