Job Description:

A vibrant and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy in Central London is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing, sociable team of 15. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who wants exposure to high-value projects, support through their APC, and a clear route to becoming a fully-fledged Project QS in a modern, non-corporate environment.

Job Responsibility:

Working on both pre and post contract stages
Working on diverse mix of projects across London including commercial spaces, residential schemes, student accommodation, co-living, care and mixed-use developments
Taking ownership and building career

Requirements:

3+ years' UK consultancy experience
Basic pre & post contract experience
Eager to work towards APC and achieve chartership
A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Able to commute into London Mon-Thurs
